Michiganders LOVE being outside

Today at Tip Up Town, I watched the Polar Bear Dip. It was crazy fun watching people prep for the dip, jump in, then get out. Some were nervous and shaking, others acted like they were on stage, some egged the crowd on, and some danced on the diving platforms.
